Job Summary:
The HR Executive to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our diverse, operational workforce. You will drive operational recruitment, lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
Additionally, you will own work pass administration, manage training compliance and grant claims, and maintain our HRIS database. The ideal candidate will use workforce data (attrition, overtime trends) to support strategic planning while actively identifying and resolving HR workflow pain points.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, screen and interview candidates for operational roles using a mix of recruitment portals, agencies, and social media
- Responsible for the onboarding experience of the new hires, including the preparation of employment contracts, issuance of PPE, designing and conducting orientations
- Handle all employee status changes (promotion, transfers, and salary adjustments) and maintain digital records
- Coordinate with line managers to track new hire performance to ensure high retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse workforce for basic grievance and conflict resolutions

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Assistant will support our daily logistics and production operations. In this role, you will handle the full inventory cycle, including receiving and verifying incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing orders via a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environment. You will safely operate warehouse equipment (reach truck/stacker, forklift, pallet jack), assist the production team with loading and unloading blast freezers, and collaborate across teams to ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfilment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer orders and warehouse management system (WMS) instructions
- Ensure proper packaging and adhere to company standards for all outgoing shipments
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Accurately record and label all inventory items
- Organise and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access and efficient space utilisation
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Work with the product team to ensure the accuracy of products and quality feedback
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to the team lead
- Dispose of packaging materials and waste following company policies

- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), cold storage, or perishable goods is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld barcode scanners
- At least 1 year of experience in operating a reach truck/stacker
- Basic math skills for accurate counting, weighing, and verifying shipments against purchase orders
- Ability to work comfortably in -18°C environment for extended periods with provided PPE
- Ability to lift, push, and pull loads of at least 25kg and stand for long shifts
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks (picking/packing) with high accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Summary:
The Production Operator contributes to food processing operations by setting up his/her work stations, and handling the equipment within the plant to prepare food products and packaging. He/she is expected to adhere to food processing requirements, food safety parameters and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the food products manufactured are free from contaminants and safe for consumption.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Artistic Plating: Accurately slice and arrange fish on platters for retail display (e.g., Fish Slice Plating)
- Packaging & Sealing: Operate vacuum seal machines for sotong (squid) and fish fillets to ensure airtight quality
- Manual Processing: Perform prawn peeling and whole fish packing with care and attention to detail
- Precision Work: Weighing products to exact specifications and applying labels accurately
- Inventory Handling: Transferring processed goods and organizing stock within the production area
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Should be comfortable with repetitive work activities, working in accordance to schedules, operating machinery
- Exposure to physically demanding work conditions such as long-standing hours, cold temperatures
- Candidates are required to handle cartons up to 10kg
Department: Night Ops – Production

Job Summary:
The Night Shift Fishcutter / Production Operator to manage high-volume meat and seafood processing in our temperature-controlled facility. You will perform precise knife work (portioning, deboning, skinning) to maximize yield, inspect raw goods for cold-chain compliance, and operate industrial machinery like bandsaws, blast freezers, and advanced packaging systems (MAP, vacuum-sealers). This role requires a strong commitment to quality control, label accuracy, and strict adherence to HACCP/SFA sanitation standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume knife work, including portioning, deboning, skinning, and trimming meat and seafood according to strict specifications
- Inspect raw materials for freshness and quality upon arrival; immediately flag any deviations from cold chain standards
- Execute cuts with minimal waste to ensure maximum product utilisation (cost-efficiency)
- Work efficiently within a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring products are moved to cold storage immediately after processing
- Set up and operate industrial fish processing machines (e.g., descalers, blast freezers, bandsaw or portioning/ slicing machines)
- Perform basic “first-line” maintenance and adjustments to machines to ensure zero downtime during the shift.
- Ensure all machine guards and emergency stops are functional and strictly followed
- Operate vacuum-sealers, MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) machines, or skin-pack machines
- Ensure all packs meet weight specifications and are labelled with the correct batch codes, expiry dates, and weights
- Conduct a final visual check to ensure packaging integrity—no leaks, no errors
- Maintain a “clean-as-you-go” workspace; perform end-of-shift deep cleans of tools and machinery according to HACCP/SFA standards
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in meat or seafood processing.
- Strong hand-eye coordination for precision tasks such as scaling, trimming, and pin-boning
- Comfortable operating and cleaning industrial food production machinery
- Ability to work efficiently in a cold room environment while maintaining strict food hygiene standards (HACCP/SFA)
- Ability to work the night shift and maintain high levels of focus and productivity during late hours
- Meticulous in labelling and tallying accounts to ensure the delivery team has 100% accurate manifests

Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Operator handles the processing, portioning, and packaging of fresh and frozen seafood. In this role, you will inspect and sort incoming catch (fish, crustaceans, shellfish) by weight and grade, isolate substandard items, and perform basic prep work like scaling, cleaning, and pin-boning. You will also accurately weigh, box, and label orders according to exact specifications, tracking inventory data and reporting discrepancies directly to the Night Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial intake and inspection of fresh seafood shipments
- Accurately assess and sort various seafood products (fish, crustaceans, shellfish, etc.) based on predefined criteria, including weight, size, quality grade, and type
- Isolate and properly manage any substandard products immediately
- Perform basic seafood preparation duties, which may include scaling, cleaning, and trimming, pin-boning of various fish and seafood products
- Execute all packaging tasks efficiently and accurately for both fresh and frozen seafood products
- Weigh, count, and box/bag products according to exact specifications for different orders
- Apply accurate labels, ensuring correct product information, weight, date, and batch codes are clearly visible
- Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy within the designated work area.
- Count and record processed product quantities at the end of shifts or batches.
- Immediately notify the Night Operations Manager of any inventory discrepancies, quality issues
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Able to perform manual labour of lifting and carrying
- Physically fit to endure long standing hours, squatting down and listing heavy weights
- Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
