Reporting Manager: Production Team Lead
Department: Processing Plant
Working Hours:
Available in part-time or full-time

Job Summary:
The Production Operator contributes to food processing operations by setting up his/her work stations, and handling the equipment within the plant to prepare food products and packaging. He/she is expected to adhere to food processing requirements, food safety parameters and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the food products manufactured are free from contaminants and safe for consumption.
Critical Work Functions:
1) Process Food
– Prepare work stations at the start of shift
– Check processing parameters and preparation methods for correct settings to meet the process requirements
– Safely operate the equipment and machinery in food processing lines
– Monitor food processing equipment for escalation in cases of improper functions and other non-performing issues
2) Manage Process Workflow
– Enforce standards of food quantities, packaging formats and materials against production instructions given
3) Maintain Hygiene, Safety and Standards
– Clean and reinstate work stations and dispose of waste as per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– Adhere to food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Should be comfortable with repetitive work activities, working in accordance to schedules, operating machinery
- Exposure to physically demanding work conditions such as long-standing hours, cold temperatures
- Candidates are required to handle cartons up to 10kg
- Team player who is service-oriented and with a learning attitude

Reporting Manager: Demand Planner
Department: Supply Chain Office
Working Hours:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and assist in troubleshooting equipment downtimes and site restorations
- Evaluate low yield and quality assurance fail lots to highlight issues that affect output and operations
- Review and suggest modifications to standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and work instructions
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and buffer stock for meeting orders to facilitate smooth production operations
- Check processing parameters and preparation methods for correct settings to meet the process requirements
- Monitor food processing equipment for escalation in cases of improper functions and other non-performing issues
- Enforce standards of food quantities, packaging formats, and materials against production instructions given
- Adhere to food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies and procedures

Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Ideally possess project management experience
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken)
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail, proactive and effective follow through on assigned tasks and activities
- Fast learner and possess great interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with seafood will be a bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments (Key Account Managers, Operations Executives, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Demand Planning, Stall 64, Port 65, and Cargo) and other stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain to close operational and information gaps
- Work with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to determine and improve inter-company goods and information transfers
- Be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business
- Maintain the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production
- Analyse current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase the efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations
- Analyse and identify the daily problem and prevent re-occurrences

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing inventory.
Stable and systematic, he/she is also responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the material-handling equipment. He/she is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his/her work.
Critical Work Functions:
1) Perform Warehousing Tasks
– Coordinate arrangement or rotation of warehouse cargo and items
– Execute operations according to different warehousing situations and contingencies
– Perform stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
– Facilitate compliance with height, weight, and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to the storage plan
– Execute measures to address the operational shortfall, maintenance, or repair needs
– Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner

Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery and operation of heavy vehicles (Class 4; Lorry/Light Load (LCL): Class 3) to load, move, and unload goods. He/She may also be required to support general transportation operations.
Systematic and mechanically inclined, he/she is required to operate heavy vehicles independently. He/She is expected to work in rotating shifts within a closed vehicle and under time pressure, and with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his work.

Reporting Manager: Facilities and Assets Management Team Lead
Department: Facilities and Assets Management

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out trouble-shooting and corrective maintenance
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance, repair, and service activities
- Highly motivated to assess and monitor the work procedures and propose quality improvements
- Carry out maintenance of the company and oversee repair works by contractors i.e. (and not limited to) air-conditioning, lifts, lighting works, fire protection system, pest control, and sanitary & plumbing works
- Perform stock-taking and tracking of equipment and supplies relating to job function
- Collaborate with Facility & Assets Coordinator with preventive maintenance on all cold room system
- Work with Facilities & Assets Coordinator with company assets inventory check
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Physically fit (able to carry a maximum of up to 15kg load)
- Able to withstand cold environments (0°C to 5°C, necessary PPE will be issued)
- Can speak either English and/or Mandarin
- Computer Proficiency (know the basic use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Qualification (GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ levels, NITEC, Diploma, 3 years electrical or mechanical work experience)
