Our Opportunities

Three core H-s anchor Hai Sia – Honesty, Hospitality and Happiness. Holistically put together, they remind us of who we are, and who we should always strive to be.

Honesty stems from putting in a hard day at work because the business was built on hard work and we carry this grit and perseverance with us. Hospitality, for one, is a demonstration of respect and sincerity to our team, customers and partners; and for two, a demonstration of our receptivity to new collaborations and ideas. Happiness is a state of mind, and it is like coming home to a family, and we would like people who have crossed path with Hai Sia to remember this sense of warmth.

It is always family first at Hai Sia, and we should treat our family the very best. We provide a free shuttle bus service from Lakeside MRT station to Hai Sia at 830am, then vice versa at 515pm. Lunch is catered for free, and occasionally, we get served a generous amount of seafood.

Come join our family.
